Chef Tao has more than 20 years experience working in event management, then as a caterer and personal chef worldwide. Her clients included several foreign consulates, former US president George H.W. Bush and Cirque du Soleil.
Colin is a great cocktail specialist, with his unique creations at the restaurant. As an avid amateur of japanese gastronomy, he naturally runs the sushi counter at the deli. As for Jim, he is the aficionado of whiskies and rums, a truly keen baker and the one behind all indian and scottish dishes.
Gault & Millau awards it a toque for a sixth consecutive year and ranks FUSION in 2023 amongst the 102 best restaurants of the Haute Garonne department.
