Chef Tao has more than 20 years experience working in event management, then as a caterer and personal chef worldwide. Her clients include several foreign consulates, former US president George H.W. Bush and Cirque du Soleil.
As for Colin, he helps out front of the house and is a great cocktail specialist, with his unique creations.
Gault & Millau awards it a toque for a third consecutive year and ranks FUSION amongst the 121 best restaurants of the Haute Garonne department.
Located at the bottom of the village along the Saint Martory canal, FUSION is a tranquil and zen like environment indoors and outdoors on the terrace (during the warmer weather) where you will be able to experience exciting tastes from across the globe.
